The Best Western Greenfield Inn is the perfect venue for your small meeting. We offer several small meeting rooms and some of our larger guest rooms may be used as hospitality suites.
We have equipment available for rental including, an overhead projector, slide projector, TV/VCR, DVD player, flip charts, dry erase board and podium. Meeting room fees include water service, pens and note pads.
Our restaurant can offer you a wide variety of menu options for coffee breaks, breakfast, lunch or dinner.
You may reserve private areas of our dining room for your group’s meal.
Packard Room
The Packard Room is finished in rich oak paneling from the original Packard Building in Detroit. The room is 24 feet by 24 feet with an 8 foot ceiling (576 square feet).

The Rotunda Room is located in our tower on the second level. It is a beautifully appointed round room with a permanent round table. The Rotunda Room is perfect for intimate, upscale meals, executive committees, planning meetings and visiting VIPs.
The room is 200 square feet and will comfortably accommodate 8 people. |
