Ragtime Street Fair Package

Come dance, enjoy and celebrate Ragtime in Greenfield Village all weekend long. Our popular new signature event focuses on the early “jazz age” of 20th century America’s first decades. The unique, ragged rhythms of this hugely popular genre present the background for two days of dancing, music, drama, parades and fantastic food. Old Car Festival Package

Take in the spectacle as the streets and grounds of Greenfield Village are filled with sights, sounds, and smells of hundreds of authentic vehicles from the 1890s through 1932. Enjoy a self-guided tour through this fabulous exposition and talk to proud owners about their treasured vehicles. Watch drivers engage in games of skill, see a Model T assembled in just minutes, attend fascinating lectures and sit back and enjoy our experts sharing “car talks” while vintage vehicles pass by.

In this 58th year of the Old Car Festival, we celebrate a number of important anniversaries and milestones for the American automobile industry. Among the most important is the 100th anniversary of Henry Ford’s Model T. This truly universal car put the Ford Motor Company on the map and America on wheels. You’ll be treated to an amazing array of Model T Fords and hundreds of other unique and historically significant vehicles of America’s motoring past. Hallowe’en Nights in Greenfield Village
October 9-11, 16-18 and 23-25, 2009 (Time slots are every ½ hour 6:30pm-9pm Fridays & Saturdays. Sundays 6:30pm – 8pm)
Step back in time to a turn-of-the-20th century Hallowe’en. Follow an endless path of hand-carved jack-o-lanterns and meet colorful characters along the way. Feel the whoosh as the headless horseman rides by, banter with a clever witch, and make stops at several treat stations spread throughout Greenfield Village. It’s frightfully fun for the whole family! Members of The Henry Ford receive discount admission and an exclusive opportunity to purchase tickets in advance.
