• Minimum four night stay required (April 3-6, 2009).
  
  
• All reservations will be charged the full amount upon booking.
  
  
• A $75 cancellation fee will be charged for any reservation
  canceled prior to January 1, 2009.
  
  
• If a cancellation occurs on January 1, 2009 or later the hotel will not provide a refund for any portion of the reservation.
